This Privacy Policy describes how Leila Showery ("I," "me") collects, uses, and protects information you share on this website.
When you fill out a contact form, request a home valuation, or otherwise reach out through this site, I collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and message content. I also use standard analytics tools that may collect general browsing data (pages visited, device type, approximate location).
I use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide the real estate services you request, and, unless you opt out, follow up about buying, selling, or market updates in the Austin area. I do not sell your personal information.
This site uses Formspree to process contact form submissions. If I add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect them. The home search page embeds a third-party MLS/IDX search tool licensed through the Austin Board of REALTORS®.
I retain contact information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services or as required by Texas real estate recordkeeping rules, and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access.
